Job summary

Motion Asia Pacific is seeking an enthusiastic Internal Salesperson to join our Orange team. This is a great opportunity for someone with sales or customer-service experience who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and working in a fast-paced branch environment.

You will work closely with customers and the wider branch team to provide responsive, accurate service and support business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service, sales or warehouse experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills and confidence learning new systems.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
• A proactive, reliable and team‑oriented approach.
• A mechanical aptitude or knowledge of bearings and power transmission products is advantageous, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Processing customer orders via phone and email accurately and efficiently.
• Responding to product, pricing, stock, delivery, and account enquiries.
• Building strong, lasting customer relationships.
• Assisting with pick packing to support timely deliveries.
• Supporting the wider branch team to achieve shared goals.
