Criterion Industries is seeking a full-time Internal Sales Rep to join our vibrant team at the Epping, VIC office. You will proactively contact prospects, manage CRM activity, and collaborate with the Sales team to reach revenue targets while delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and other channels to generate new business opportunities.

• Accurately track activity and pipeline metrics in our CRM
• Work closely with the Sales team to support revenue targets
• Deliver a high level of customer service while building and maintaining client relationships
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and campaigns.
• Assist with basic proposals and presentations where required
