Job summary

SOUTH PACIFIC WELDING GROUP PT in Fyshwick, ACT, is seeking an Internal Sales Representative to join its high-performing team. You will provide technical support and solutions with a strong focus on customer experience, handle customer inquiries, and contribute to branch performance from the Fyshwick location.

Ideal candidates have retail sales experience, excellent communication, and a customer-service mindset. SAP experience is desirable, and welding or fabrication knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail sales environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong focus on customer service.
• SAP skills desirable.
• Welding, fabrication or similar trade knowledge would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support and solutions with outstanding customer experience.
• Provide resolution of customer complaints effectively and in a timely manner.
• Build strong collaborative relationships with your team as well as other departments.
• Identify and communicate local growth opportunities and maintain efficient warehouse processes.

• Process orders in SAP accurately and timely.
