Job summary

Linde plc in Fyshwick, Canberra invites a hands-on Sales Assistant – Industrial / Trade to join our friendly, high-performing team. You will deliver technical support, resolve customer inquiries, and process orders in SAP.

The ideal candidate has retail sales experience, excellent communication, and a strong customer-service focus. SAP skills are desirable, and welding or fabrication knowledge is highly regarded.

What you will enjoy doing

• In this role you will deliver technical support and solutions with outstanding customer experience
• Provide resolution of customer complaints effectively and in a timely manner is part of th is function
• Further you will build strong collaborative relationships with your team as well as other departments
• Identify and communicate local growth opportunitiesand maintain efficient warehouse processes
• You will also contribute to the overall branch performance
• Additionally you are in charge to accurate and timely process orders in SAP
• Comply with SPW Safety policies and procedures is required
