Bullivants Pty Ltd. in Welshpool is seeking an Internal Sales Person to join our team and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will handle inbound sales calls and emails, process orders, quotes, and coordinate with suppliers to provide timely price and lead-time updates. We value proactive communicators with strong multitasking skills who can support internal teams and maintain excellent customer relationships.

• Managing sales enquiries within our branch via phone and email.

Job description

Due to exciting business growth, we are seeking an Internal Sales Person to join the team in Welshpool focusing on delivering exceptional service to our customers and the market. This role will see you responding to inbound sales calls, emails, and occasional counter sales requirements to meet internal and external customer needs in the pursuit of effective customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To

• Managing sales enquiries within our branch via phone and email
• Processing customer orders, quotes and manage customer interactions end to end
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain pricing, lead times, and order updates
• Communicate clearly with internal departments to ensure smooth job flow
• Keep all stakeholders informed of job progress, changes, and timelines
