Job summary

Fast Automation in Sydney is seeking an Internal Sales & Support specialist to handle customer inquiries, log RFQs, and process orders in SAP. The role will prioritise internal sales support, with marketing duties introduced gradually as time permits, and training provided.

You will assist with marketing materials, Canva formatting, CRM activity (HubSpot preferred), and updating website resources, while maintaining stock and warehouse coordination as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales support.
• Marketing tasks incl. Canva formatting and CRM activity.
• Able to switch between marketing tasks and customer work.
• Strong written communication skills.
• SAP experience preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone and email enquiries and act as first contact for customers.
• Log RFQs, request pricing from suppliers and prepare SAP quotations.
• Process orders, raise purchase orders and confirm lead times.
• Track quotes and update customers on order status.
• Maintain SAP records for pricing and products.
