Formación

• Advanced Excel skills: comfortable handling large datasets, using VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables or equivalent.
• Phenomenal work ethic: reliable, self-motivated, can work under pressure and deliver right first time.
• Customer-first mindset: passionate about delivering exceptional service to trade customers.
• Autonomous research: able to find answers independently.
• Industry experience (advantageous): exposure to electrical wholesaling or building materials; training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Data management & pricing: update price files, data entry, ensure system accuracy.
• Quoting & estimation: prepare accurate, timely quotes for electrical trade customers.
• Autonomous research: source hard-to-find components and troubleshoot product queries.
• Service excellence & counter sales: answer phones, manage trade counter sales, provide face-to-face support during peak times.
