Job summary

The role offers exposure to cross-border fintech operations, development of continuous monitoring and automated routines, and collaboration with stakeholders across the business. Travel to other office locations may be required as part of meeting objectives.

Qualifications

• Clear working knowledge of financial crime, risk, governance and regulatory processes with audit experience.
• Knowledge of Australian regulatory frameworks for payments/fintech and financial services.
• Experience overseeing planning, staffing, delivery and reporting of multiple audit engagements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal audits and develop continuous monitoring and automated audit routines.
• Deliver audits in line with the annual plan and ensure timely, relevant outcomes.
• Build and support a self-sufficient internal audit team and monitor implementation of recommendations.
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business and externally.
• Travel to meet objectives as the team is spread across multiple locations.
