ADL ACCOUNTING SSW PTY LTD, located in Oran Park NSW, is seeking a detail-oriented Internal Accountant / Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day bookkeeping for a portfolio of clients across various industries. The role focuses on accuracy, integrity, and building strong client relationships.

Key tasks include reconciliations, BAS/IAS lodgment, payroll processing, and regular month-end and year-end reporting. Proficiency in Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks is essential, with a Cert IV or higher in bookkeeping

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks with 2+ years of experience.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Cert IV or higher in Bookkeeping/Accounting (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Bank and account reconciliations.
• BAS and IAS preparation and lodgment.
• Payroll processing and superannuation compliance.
• Month-end and year-end reporting.
• Liaise with clients, accountants, and the ATO.
• Maintain accurate records in Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks.
