Job summary

W3Global in Perth is seeking an energetic Intermediate Accountant with 2–3 years' public practice experience to join our client-focused team. You will work closely with Associate Directors and deliver high-quality financial statements and tax returns for a diverse range of clients.

The role requires pursuing CA/CPA, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Xero Tax. You will assist with GST, capital gains tax, FBT, payroll tax and STP reporting, and you will liaise with clients, ATO,

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in Public Practice.
• Pursuing CA/CPA with a strong academic record.
• Knowledge of tax and accounting concepts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and income tax returns for diverse clients.
• Prepare high-quality client communications.
• Assist with GST, capital gains tax and fringe benefits tax advice.
• Prepare payroll tax, FBT and STP reporting.
• Research tax and accounting issues as needed.
• Coordinate with clients and liaise with ATO and other bodies.
