Roc Consulting, a Brisbane-based Mid Tier firm, seeks an Intermediate Accountant to join its tax team. You will work on tax compliance and advisory projects with client contact encouraged, supported by senior staff.

The role offers hybrid working, a modern Brisbane CBD office, and a culture that prioritises staff development and collaboration.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualified or near completion
• 2+ years in Australian Public Practice
• Strong tax knowledge
• Experience with Div 7A, CGT, FBT
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Team player
• Right to work in Australia (no sponsorship)

Responsabilités

• Handle tax compliance and advisory projects for SME/HNW clients
• Engage with clients with support from the firm’s team and seniors

POSITION

Due to growth, the position of Intermediate Accountant has been created.

This role will involve the successful candidate working on various tax compliance matters in addition to advisory projects.

Client contact is provided and encouraged.

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• CA/CPA qualified or near completion
• 2+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
• Strong technical tax knowledge
• Experience with Div 7A, CGT, FBT
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to be a team player
• Full working rights (no sponsorship provided)
