Tilenni Stiles & Associates in East Perth is seeking an enthusiastic Intermediate Accountant to join our boutique firm, supporting a diverse client base. You will prepare financial statements, tax returns, BAS, and assist with tax planning, under senior accountants and managers, developing your technical skills and client service.

The role requires 3-5 years in Australian public practice, strong tax knowledge, and experience with Xero/MYOB; CA/CPA qualification or progression preferred; flexible

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in an Australian public practice accounting firm.
• Strong knowledge of Australian taxation legislation and compliance requirements.
• Experience preparing financial statements and tax returns for a range of entities.

Responsabilités

• Preparing financial statements, income tax returns and BAS for a range of clients and business structures.
• Preparing tax estimates and assisting with tax planning strategies.
• Managing your workflow effectively to meet deadlines and deliver accurate, high-quality work.
• Gaining exposure to more complex clients and taxation matters to further develop your technical knowledge.
• Working collaboratively with managers and colleagues to deliver excellent client service.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
