Curamoir Healthcare Recruitment PTY is seeking an Intensive Support Case Manager – Youth in Tennant Creek to engage directly with young people and families, developing culturally responsive support plans and advocating for safe, healthy development.

You will coordinate services, promote education and health outcomes, and maintain compliance with relevant legislation while contributing to continuous improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Child, Family and Youth Interventions, Community Services, Counselling, or equivalent.
• Experience in Aboriginal community health or welfare services with cultural competency.
• Well-developed communication, interpersonal, and case management skills.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and youth-focused service delivery.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client information systems.
• Current NT driver’s licence and ability to obtain Working with Children Check (Ochre Card).

Make a real difference in the lives of Indigenous youth as a Children and Families Intensive Support Case Manager in Tennant Creek.

On Offer:

• $70-75 per hour including casual loading
• 3 month assignment - full time hours, with a view to extend

The role:

You’ll develop culturally responsive support plans, provide advocacy, and work collaboratively with community agencies.
Your role involves case management, coordinating services, and promoting educational and health-related outcomes. You will be instrumental in sustaining respectful networks and contributing to continuous improvement in service delivery while maintaining compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
