Job summary

Compas Pty Ltd is seeking an Intelligence Analyst to support Australia’s national interests in a high-security government environment. The role focuses on delivering intelligence research and analysis to inform policy, planning and crisis response, with close work alongside senior executives and NIC agencies.

Applicants must hold an active TSPV or TSPA clearance, and demonstrate strong analytical judgment, stakeholder engagement and the ability to work independently under pressure.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced policy or intelligence environment.
• Experience working in or with the National Intelligence Community (NIC).
• Strong stakeholder engagement, customer service and relationship management skills, with the resilience to perform under pressure.
• Active TSPV or TSPA security clearance; imagery analysis or specialised intelligence tradecraft desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver intelligence research, analysis and advice to support foreign policy, operational decision-making and crisis response.
• Engage with senior executives, policy stakeholders and NIC agencies to identify and respond to intelligence requirements.
• Manage access to classified intelligence information, secure infrastructure and TOP SECRET communications systems in accordance with government security frameworks.
• Strengthen intelligence coordination, collaboration and awareness across the organisation.
