Barwon Water invites an experienced Integrity and Governance Specialist to lead critical governance functions, including fraud and corruption control, privacy and data breach management, and Freedom of Information processes. You will provide expert advice to leaders, manage investigations, and engage with regulators to strengthen transparency and accountability across the organisation.

Operating with autonomy, you will shape policies, drive governance initiatives, and uphold defensible outcomes

Qualifications

• Seasoned governance or compliance professional with ability to manage sensitive matters.
• Experience translating legislation and regulatory requirements into practical business outcomes.
• Strong judgement, discretion and evidence-based decision-making.

Responsabilités

• Lead fraud and corruption control framework and investigations.
• Oversee privacy incident management and data breach responses.
• Manage Freedom of Information requests and regulator correspondence.
• Provide authoritative advisory support to leaders and engage regulators/oversight bodies.
• Strengthen governance capability and organisational performance across Barwon Water.
