Job summary

Slade Group is seeking a Senior Integration Consultant in Melbourne to design and deliver UKG Pro Workforce Management integrations with HR, payroll and finance using Dell Boomi.

You will run discovery workshops, map architecture, and build integration flows with emphasis on data sequencing and transformation to protect payroll accuracy. Strong API, file feed, data mapping and orchestration skills are essential; UKG exposure is a plus. Immediate start on a permanent role.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Dell Boomi development experience.

• Confidently run workshops and work with client architects and technical teams.

Job description

A global professional services firm is expanding its integration capability and looking for a Senior Integration Consultant to design and deliver integrations between UKG Pro Workforce Management and the broader HR, payroll and finance landscape, built through Dell Boomi.

The Role You will run discovery workshops directly with client technical teams, map existing architecture and data flows, then design and build the integrations in Dell Boomi. This is workforce and payroll data, so the complexity sits in the business rules: overtime, allowances, penalties, leave, shift changes, roster changes, timesheets and approvals. Sequencing and transformation matter, because a small error can flow through to an incorrect payroll outcome.

You do not need prior UKG experience to be considered. What matters is strong integration fundamentals across APIs, file-based feeds, data mapping and transformation, orchestration, error handling, reconciliation and security. The UKG and payroll domain can be picked up on the job if the integration foundation is strong.

What You'll Bring

• Confidence running workshops and working directly with client architects and technical teams.
• UKG, HR, payroll or workforce management integration exposure is highly regarded, though not essential.
