Job summary

Elanco, a global animal-health leader, seeks a Demand and Replenishment Associate for ANZ in Sydney. You will forecast demand, plan inventory, and manage replenishments, partnering with Global Supply Hubs to balance stock levels and mitigate supply risks for ANZ's commercial and finance teams.

The role requires a tertiary qualification in business/ops/logistics and 5+ years in logistics or demand planning, with strong SAP IBP, Power BI, and Excel skills. Hybrid work environment in Sydney.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in business, operations, logistics, or a similar field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant logistics or demand planning experience.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP/IBP), Power BI, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drive forecasting for ANZ Sales & Operations Planning and Financial Reporting.
• Use SAP IBP forecasting and reporting tools to update projections and analyze metrics.
• Collaborate with Global Supply Hubs to manage requirements planning and maintain safety stocks.
• Manage inventory reporting to identify slow-moving, obsolete, or short-dated stock and drive monthly mitigations.
• Liaise with Logistics Service Providers to resolve supply issues and advise on imports into Australia and New Zealand.
