Job summary

Stryker is seeking a commercially-minded Supply Planner to join the ANZ Supply Chain team. You will own supply planning for your portfolio, translating demand signals into effective supply plans and balancing availability with inventory and risk.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with Demand Planning, Sales and Operations, and global teams to optimise stock availability and drive improvements across planning processes. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in supply planning, replenishment or broader supply chain roles.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage complexity and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage supply planning across your product portfolio.
• Translate demand plans into aligned supply and replenishment strategies.
• Work closely with Commercial teams to understand forecasts and demand changes.
• Align supply plans with inventory targets, service levels and business priorities.
• Identify and proactively manage supply risks and disruptions.
• Partner with Sales, Operations and global teams to optimise stock availability.
• Monitor inventory performance including stock levels and slow-moving stock.
• Contribute to S&OP / IBP planning from a supply perspective.
• Drive continuous improvement across planning processes and systems.
