Job summary

George Weston Foods is seeking a Site Supply & Integration Planner for our Castlemaine manufacturing site in Victoria. You will coordinate production, external manufacturing and material movements, creating practical plans aligned with demand, WIP, supplier schedules and stakeholder priorities.

You will work across operations, technical, finance and the wider planning team, identifying risks early and translating complex data into clear actions to strengthen reliable planning processes at the

Qualifications

Experience in production planning within a large manufacturing environment.
Experience coordinating third‑party manufacturing and logistics.
Advanced Excel skills for planning, reporting and data outputs.
Familiarity with SAP ECC and SAP APO is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Develop short and long‑term production plans balancing demand, materials and capacity.
Coordinate third‑party schedules, WIP, material movements and supplier communication.
Support workforce planning by communicating labour requirements and priorities.
Prepare planning reports and data commentary for planning processes.
Maintain planning data in SAP ECC and SAP APO.
Monitor risks and escalate significant issues through proper channels.
Improve Excel-based planning tools for visibility and consistency.
Participate in daily planning routines and weekly meetings.
