Job summary

Australian Laboratory Services Pty Ltd (ALS) is seeking an experienced Project & Change Manager to drive the integration of Water and Environmental businesses across Australia and New Zealand. You will work with the Integration Manager to deliver large-scale initiatives, coordinate cross-functional workstreams and lead change initiatives that create tangible business benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex projects and organisational change programs.
• Experience operating within regulated environments such as laboratories.
• Strong governance, planning and executive reporting capabilities.
• Structured change management methodologies and practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the integrated project plan with scope, milestones, risks and reporting.
• Assess impacts of integration activities and develop practical implementation plans.
• Coordinate change activities to minimise disruption and maintain business continuity.
• Provide change management advice and support to leaders and workstream owners.
• Maintain project governance, RAID and status reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams with clear ownership and deliverables.
• Monitor readiness and key metrics, escalate risks as needed.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and facilitate workshops to resolve issues.
• Support communication plans for employees, leaders and customers.
• Prepare project close-out documentation and benefits reporting.
