Job summary

Centre for Non-Violence in Bendigo is seeking an Integrated Practice Worker for our Adults Using Violence Programs to join a supportive multidisciplinary team. The role provides high‑quality, safety‑led support to adult and child victim survivors while keeping perpetrators in view.

You will conduct risk assessments, safety planning and case management under the MARAM Framework, collaborate with CNV offices and The Orange Door network, and contribute to safer family outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering casework to individuals and families with complex needs, including applying family violence risk assessment and management frameworks and navigating referral pathways.

Responsibilities

• Providing coordinated and safety led responses to victim survivors and their children.
• Engaging with adults using violence to increase accountability and contribute to safer outcomes for families.
• Conducting family violence risk assessments, safety planning and case management in line with the MARAM Framework.
• Working alongside key services and multidisciplinary partners to deliver integrated responses that prioritise safety and wellbeing.
