Job summary

Centre for Non-Violence in Bendigo is seeking an Integrated Practice Worker to join our Adults Using Violence Programs team on an ongoing basis. This role provides safety‑focused support to adult and child victim survivors of family violence while keeping perpetrators in view and promoting accountability across CNV and The Orange Door network.

You will conduct family violence risk assessments, safety planning and case management within the MARAM Framework, work with multidisciplinary partners to

Qualifications

• A minimum of Diploma level qualification in social work, psychology, community services and/or a related human services field.
• Experience delivering casework to individuals and families with complex needs and applying risk assessment frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordinated and safety led responses to victim survivors and their children.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety planning and case management under MARAM.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary partners to deliver integrated responses.
• Engage with people using violence to increase accountability.
• Contribute to ongoing development of The Orange Door model and processes.
