Job summary

Nova Systems is seeking an Integrated Logistics Consultant to support Defence projects across Australia, focusing on analysis, advice and delivery in logistics and supply chain environments. You will engage with clients to understand needs and provide practical solutions.

Canberra-based role with permanent and max-term contracts, collaborating with engineers, logisticians and end users to assess systems and deliver documented findings.

Qualifications

• Defence or Defence industry experience essential.
• Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to analyse systems, processes and projects to deliver solutions.
• Australian Citizenship with active NV1 clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultancy advice and technical solutions to clients in project environments.
• Support both billable client work and internal activities.
• Work across projects with varying requirements and priorities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Understand client needs, challenges and objectives.
• Conduct assessments and analysis of systems and processes.
• Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers, logisticians, technicians and end users.
• Prepare technical reports and project documentation.
