St Mary’s Cathedral College Sydney is seeking an Instructional Leader of Integrated Learning to drive Liberal Arts pedagogy, coordinate cross-curricular projects and embed philosophy across the College. The role starts Thursday, 28 January 2027, and is a full-time permanent appointment with a 1 point remuneration and 2 point time allocation for up to 3 years.

Reporting to the Assistant Principal: Liberal Arts, the Leadership role supports schoolwide excellence, professional learning, data

Qualifications

• Eligible teaching qualifications with experience in Liberal Arts pedagogy.
• Experience leading integrated and cross-curricular learning initiatives.
• Ability to analyse data to identify growth areas and inform practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead innovative, evidence-based integrated learning and teaching across multiple key learning areas.
• Ensure compliance with NSW Education Standards Authority requirements for syllabus interpretation and assessment.
• Coordinate growth of Integrated Learning opportunities in Stages 3-6 and establish external partnerships.
