Job summary

ISS Facility Services is seeking an experienced Integrated Facilities Manager to lead day-to-day operations across northern sites, based from a Perth Metro location with travel to others. You will champion governance, drive improvements, and ensure safe, high-quality service delivery for a major Defence client.

Key responsibilities include overseeing SLA/KPI targets, financial stewardship, stakeholder engagement, and leading large teams across multiple service streams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an operational leadership position
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
• Sound understanding of financials and processes
• Proven ability to lead large service delivery teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Capacity to balance secure environment requirements with healthy routines
• Australian Citizenship and Baseline Security Clearance eligibility preferred
• Defence experience will be highly regarded

Responsibilities

• Lead contract delivery and ensure alignment with scope and client satisfaction
• Oversee all service streams and meet or exceed SLA/KPI targets
• Take full financial responsibility and drive portfolio performance
• Build and maintain relationships with client representatives and key stakeholders
• Coordinate with the client on projects and critical events
• Determine resource requirements and lead ISS staff
• Set site policy, objectives and business plans
• Prepare and present regular client reports
• Ensure compliance with ISS and client HSEQ standards
• Uphold ISS values and drive continuous improvements
