Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking an Integrated Business Planning Manager to own the end-to-end demand planning and S&OP process for Australia and New Zealand.

You will translate commercial and financial targets into aligned channel, category and SKU forecasts, while coordinating cross-functional actions across Sales, Merchandising, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning or related commercial planning roles, including leading cross-functional planning processes.
• Formal training or certification in demand planning, inventory management, S&OP or supply chain is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end IBP/S&OP processes, translating forecasts into aligned channel, category and SKU plans.
• Lead regional demand, supply and inventory planning with cross-functional teams across Sales, Merchandising, Marketing and Finance.
• Monitor inventory levels, safety stock and turnover to optimize service and working capital.
• Develop and drive gap-closure action plans between demand, supply and commercial targets.
• Prepare regional demand and IBP reporting and provide accurate analysis to leadership.
