Job summary

Northern Rivers Community Legal Centre in Lismore, NSW is seeking a motivated individual to act as an entry point for clients within the Legal and Tenancy Team. You will provide information on a wide range of matters and refer clients to appropriate services or to the Senior Intake Officer and/or Advocacy Team for further assistance.

You will also help improve how we work as our service model evolves. This role is based in Lismore on Bundjalung Country, and we value diversity and inclusion in

Responsibilities

• Provide information to clients on a wide range of matters and refer them to appropriate services or to the Senior Intake Officer/Advocacy Team for further assistance.
• Assist in offering a welcoming entry point to NRCLC and help improve service delivery as the model evolves.
• Support the intake process and ensure clients have a positive experience.
• Contribute to continuously improving ways of working within the Legal and Tenancy Team.

NRCLC has an exciting new opportunity within our Legal and Tenancy Team. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to help us provide clients with a welcoming entry point to NRCLC. You will provide information on a wide range of matters and refer clients to appropriate services or if appropriate to our Senior Intake Officer and/or Advocacy Team for further assistance. You will also contribute to continuously improving our ways of working as our service model evolves.

This role is based in Lismore on Bundjalung Country.
