Job summary
Gallagher in Australia is seeking a Project Delivery Executive to lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale insurance transformation, bringing structure, governance, and stakeholder alignment in a multi-stakeholder environment. You will work across Gallagher's Products & Partnerships, ensuring transition to BAU and delivering a superior experience for brokers, insurer partners, and clients.
A background in insurance, strong governance and cross-functional leadership, and recognized PM
Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of project delivery, insurance operations, transformation, or program leadership.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale, stakeholder-driven initiatives.
- Experience in insurance broking, underwriting, insurer operations, or financial services.
- Knowledge of business insurance products.
- Strong governance, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Gallagher Signature Product rollout.
- Engage panel insurers; coordinate readiness for partnerships.
- Develop portfolio migration strategies for panel arrangements.
- Lead stakeholder communication and change activities.
- Monitor implementation performance and drive improvements.
- Provide governance, risk oversight and executive reporting.
