You will coordinate administration, follow up tasks and communications, helping maintain a smooth office run while you build insurance knowledge and grow with the team.

Responsibilities

• Support quotes, renewals and policy administration under the broker’s direction.
• Prepare accurate documentation and maintain up-to-date client records.
• Liaise professionally with clients, insurers and other stakeholders.
• Track outstanding information, deadlines and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate appointments, correspondence and day-to-day office administration.
• Learn insurance systems and processes, and identify ways to improve efficiency.
