Responsibilities

• Process new policy applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations in compliance with standards.
• Issue certificates of insurance (COIs) and policy documents accurately and timely.
• Review forms and policy documents to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Serve as primary contact for routine inquiries from clients, brokers, and underwriters.
