What You’ll Be Doing as an Insurance Recruitment Specialist

• Sourcing talented Insurance professionals through databases, LinkedIn and job boards
• Conducting engaging phone conversations with candidates all day
• Using your insurance knowledge to properly assess candidates’ skills and aspirations
• Building your network across Brokers, Insurers, and MGAs
• Supporting our Senior Recruitment Team
• Learning the recruitment trade whilst staying in the Insurance world
