Wolf & Williams is seeking a dedicated insurance disputes lawyer in Sydney with 3+ years' PAE to join a respected practice. You will handle a variety of insurance litigation matters and work closely with senior lawyers to develop advocacy and client management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years' PAE in insurance litigation.
• Experience across public liability, professional indemnity, product liability or general insurance matters.
• Strong drafting, analytical and legal research skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Commercially minded with a client-focused approach.
• Confident communicator who enjoys building strong professional relationships.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work both autonomously and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Manage and assist on a range of insurance litigation matters
• Advise clients on public liability, product liability, professional indemnity and general insurance disputes
• Conduct legal research, drafting and case preparation
• Work directly with clients, insurers and other stakeholders
• Attend mediations, negotiations and court proceedings
• Collaborate with experienced Principals and Senior Lawyers on complex matters
• Develop advocacy, client management and practice development skills
