• Extensive dispute resolution experience in a regulated environment.
• Experience handling customer complaints and AFCA matters.
• Strong understanding of claims handling, policy interpretation, and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for customers via phone and email.

• Execute dispute resolution strategies for internal stakeholders and drive customer solutions.
• Resolve and manage end-to-end customer disputes in line with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct detailed investigations, assess evidence, and make sound decisions in line with policy coverage and regulations.
• Prepare high-quality written responses, submissions, and correspondence for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted dispute resolution specialist, providing technical expertise and guidance across the business.
