PBG Building Group is seeking a dedicated Claims Assistant in New South Wales to support the administration of insurance repairs from lodgement to completion. You will liaise with customers, insurance clients, trades and internal stakeholders to gather information promptly and maintain accurate job files in our system.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in administration or claims within the insurance/building industry is advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail with documentation and data.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with job management systems (Prime EcoSystem a bonus).
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administration of insurance repairs from lodgement through to completion.
• Liaise with customers, insurance clients, trades and stakeholders to gather and provide information promptly.
• Keep job files accurate and up to date in the job management system.
• Handle customer enquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Support the repair team in managing enquiries and delivering great customer service throughout the repair process.
