Job summary

Marble Group is seeking experienced Supervisors to join our insurance builders teams across Toowoomba and the Darling Downs. You will match your experience to opportunities ranging from day-to-day repairs to high-value projects, with roles available across national operators and well-regarded family-run builders.

In this role you will manage insurance building claims on-site, oversee trades, liaise with insurers and homeowners, and ensure safety and timely delivery while maintaining quality

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supervising insurance building projects is essential.
• Solid understanding of the insurance repair process.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent jobs and stakeholders effectively.
• QBCC licence or working toward one.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of insurance building claims.
• Overseeing trades on site and ensuring quality of delivery.
• Liaising with insurers, loss adjusters and homeowners.
• Managing budgets, variations and project timelines.
• Upholding strong safety and compliance standards.
