Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment is partnering with an established insurance repair builder across NSW to recruit an Insurance Supervisor. The role focuses on large loss residential claims, managing projects from detailed scoping and estimating through to on-site supervision and completion.

You’ll collaborate closely with insurers, trades and homeowners, requiring very strong communication skills. Hybrid work, modern office, KPI incentives and head office support are offered.

We are working with an established insurance repair builder with a strong presence across NSW. They are now looking for an experiencedInsurance Supervisorjoin their team.

This role will focus onlarge loss residential claims, managing projects from detailed scoping and estimating through to onsite supervision and completion.

You’ll be working closely with insurers, trades and homeowners, so they really need someone with very strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Scope,estimateand supervise insurance repair projects

• Schedule trades and manage site delivery
• Maintain strong trade and supplier relationships

About You

• Trade qualified
• Insurance building experience highly regarded
• Confident managing projects $150K+
• Experience in estimating and supervising trades (insurance related preferred)
• Excellent communication and client management skills
