Qualifications

• Trade or building qualification in construction is required.
• Driver's licence required.
• Experience in insurance building estimation (domestic/commercial).

Responsibilities

• Conduct site assessments to determine cause of damage
• Prepare detailed reports, scopes of work, and cost estimates
• Submit tender packages in line with client requirements
• Coordinate supplier quotations and develop preliminary programs of work
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain service levels
• Assist with emergency works on rostered days
• Complete associated administration and documentation
