Job summary

Insulet Corporation seeks a Clinical Services Manager to drive clinical and commercial needs in the assigned territory, collaborating with Care and Managed Care teams. You will train CPTs, conduct patient trainings, and support CPTs with product updates and demos.

Minimum 2 years training or managing pump patients is preferred; CDCES, RD, or RN are highly valued. The role requires travel and strong communication with healthcare providers and patients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required with professional credentials (CDCES, RD, or RN) preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience training and/or managing pump patients.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with healthcare providers.
• Credibility and contacts within the diabetes community are valued.
• Proficiency with computers and basic software tools.

Responsibilities

• Promote insulin pump therapy benefits to providers and patients in sessions and education events.
• Collaborate with Sales, Care and Managed Care to achieve sales and clinical goals.
• Coordinate trainer assignments and patient trainings based on territory needs.
• Provide product demos and field feedback to managers for training improvements.
• Travel within territory and maintain timely administrative documentation (Salesforce).
