Job summary

Heng & Hurst is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join the NSW team, driving therapy adoption for a Type 1 diabetes portfolio and insulin pump therapy. You will partner with Diabetes Educators and Endocrinologists to support patients starting pump therapy and to strengthen clinician relationships.

The role involves achieving territory targets, collaborating on marketing initiatives, maintaining CRM updates, and delivering high-quality clinician training.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical devices sales with proven revenue targets.
• Deep understanding of Type 1 Diabetes and insulin pump therapy.
• Ability to train clinicians and educators and provide ongoing education.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales revenue, account activation and targets across your territory.
• Execute national marketing initiatives and contribute insights to support territory planning and business strategy.
• Ensure accurate, timely updates within the CRM, and assist with ensuring products are delivered and supported compliantly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Deliver high-quality training to clinicians, including supporting Diabetes Educators to become pump trainers, and providing ongoing education as needed.
