Qualifications

• Experience in technical support, instrumentation, or electronic systems.
• Strong IT networking, operating systems, and hardware configuration knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel interstate occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert fault-finding via phone, email, tickets, and on-site visits.
• Install hardware/software, configure networks, complete validation paperwork, collaborate with internal teams.
• Design system layouts with VMS sales staff and manage Support Agreements/quotations.
• Liaise with client IT representatives using Windows OS, servers, and hardware knowledge.
