Job summary

CAE in Homebush, NSW, seeks a capable Training Development Lead to coordinate across multiple projects, review content for compliance, and partner with SMEs to deliver engaging learning solutions. Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122).
• Undergraduate qualification in Education, Adult Learning, Instructional Design, or related discipline.
• Experience in instructional design, eLearning, or computer-based training development.
• Strong written communication, technical writing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving capability.
• Australian Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 Defence Security Clearance.
• Ability to work from Homebush, NSW site in an on-site or hybrid capacity as required.

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing training within Defence, military aviation, naval, or mission systems environments
• Knowledge of Australian Defence Force training policies and procedures (SADL)
• Experience with Learning Content Management Systems (LCMS) and eLearning authoring tools
• Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (TAE50122)
• Experience working within the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF)
• 5+ years' experience in training development or instructional design environments
