Holy Spirit Catholic College Lakemba NSW is seeking a Leader of Learning - Coaching Coordinator 3 to join Sydney Catholic Schools’ network. This role supports expert teaching, facilitates the Excellence in Action framework, and drives instructional coaching across the college.

The position is a 3-point promotional role, temporary for up to 3 years, with a full-time permanent teaching post. You will lead professional learning and collaborate with College Learning Committee for improved student

Qualifications

• Must hold a tertiary qualification in Education and NESA accreditation.
• Religious Education qualifications or willingness to achieve them as per Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead.
• Three-point promotional role, temporary for up to 3 years; teaching position full-time and permanent.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the college's leadership team.
• Develop the yearly learning plan with the Learning Committee.
• Lead coaching strategies to improve teaching practices and student outcomes.
• Promote high-quality professional learning opportunities within the EIA SCS framework.
