Job summary

Zip Water is seeking an Installation Technician to service the Sydney metro area, installing and maintaining our boiling and chilled water systems. You will be a fully qualified plumber with strong fault-finding skills and a customer-focused approach.

You'll work autonomously with a supportive team, receive a fully serviced van, fuel card, toll tag and the latest tools to complete installations efficiently while upholding Zip’s commitment to quality and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Full trade qualifications as a Plumber.
• Excellent fault finding and problem-solving abilities.

• Delivers excellent customer service experience to customers.
• Experience in appliance, coffee machine or hot water industry.
• Australian resident and eligible to go through security clearance.

About the role:

We’re looking for an experienced Installation Technician to join our team, servicing Sydney metro where you will provide install & service work on our boiling & chilled water units.

As a Installation Technician at Zip, you will thrive on being customer focused with a knack for fault finding as well as demonstrating excellent attention to detail. Your reliability will be unquestionable, and you will take great pride in being organised and presenting yourself in the utmost professional way.

Skills & experience

Full trade qualifications as a Plumber

Someone who has excellent fault finding and problem-solving abilities

Individuals who are able to manage their time efficiently and effectively

Someone who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service experience to our customers

Previous experience in the appliance industry, coffee machine or hot water industry

An Australian resident and eligible to go through a security clearance
