About the Role

This role is designed for someone with trade qualifications or hands-on construction experience who wants to step up into a supervisory pathway. You’ll receive full training in resin-bound paving methods and work closely with our experienced installation team, subcontractors, and management to learn every aspect of the trade.

You’ll start by assisting with planning, coordination, and on-site support for our projects, while developing the skills to manage your own team in future.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the scheduling and coordination of resin-bound paving installations for commercial projects
• Actively participating in the practical completion of project installations
• Learning to work with and coordinate subcontractors on-site
• Assisting with training sessions for new installers and learning best-practice installation techniques
• Helping with on-site quality inspections and client support
• Attending sites with senior staff to help resolve customer issues
• Supporting WHS compliance by helping maintain safety documentation

• Trade background (landscaping, concreting, paving, carpentry, or similar)
• Eager to learn, hands-on, and not afraid to get involved in the physical side of the job
• Strong work ethic and ability to take initiative
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to travel interstate occasionally
• Full Australian working rights are essential – we are not offering visa sponsorship for this role
