Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Store Manager within fashion retail or customer service environment.
• Strong leadership with ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Proven commercial acumen with KPIs, budgets and sales performance.
• Excellent planning, rostering, VM and stock management.
• Effective communicator, change driver and decision-maker.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store to deliver sales growth and achieve KPIs and budgets.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through the yd CLASS sales steps.
• Build and maintain a high-performance, energy-driven team culture.
• Coach your team with honest, constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Oversee rostering, VM execution, key sale periods and training.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Ensure all store procedures are followed, including Loss Prevention, payroll, and WHS.
• Represent yd. brand with energy, collaboration, integrity.
