Job summary

We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to take full ownership of our House store in Malvern Central. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll drive sales, develop your team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences every day. This role operates on a fortnightly rotating roster.

What you’ll be doing

Owning store performance and achieving sales, budget and KPI targets

Leading from the floor and setting the standard for customer service

Coaching, developing and motivating your Assistant Manager and team

Recruiting, onboarding and developing team members

Managing stock control, deliveries, stocktakes and inventory accuracy

Ensuring visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards
