Job summary

St Aloysius' College in Milsons Point invites an enthusiastic Visual Arts teacher to join our high-performing team on a temporary, full-time basis to cover leave during Term 4, 2026. The role may be 0.8 FTE.

You will design, deliver and evaluate engaging learning experiences in line with NESA requirements, contribute to curriculum development, and foster a collaborative, supportive classroom environment for Year 3–12.

Qualifications

• Must hold appropriate secondary teaching qualifications in Visual Arts and meet NESA accreditation requirements.
• Experience teaching Visual Arts across Year groups.
• Ability to contribute to curriculum development and work collaboratively in a department.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and evaluate engaging Visual Arts learning experiences.
• Inspire students to develop creative, critical and technical skills.
• Collaborate with the department to align with syllabus outcomes and contemporary practice.
