Canberra Grammar School invites expressions of interest for Primary School Teacher roles commencing in 2027. You will teach across Early Years to Year 6, using IB PYP, Australian Curriculum and the Early Years Learning Framework to bring literacy and numeracy to life while fostering inquiry and creativity.

You will be the pastoral heart of your classroom, creating a safe, inclusive environment and building strong relationships with families to support every child’s growth and potential.

Qualifikationen

• Expert knowledge of teaching, learning and the primary curriculum, including explicit instruction in early literacy and numeracy.
• IB PYP experience or understanding of inquiry pedagogy.
• Data-informed practice to advance each child’s learning.
• Holistic development and wellbeing of children with strong classroom management.
• Pastoral care, co-curricular engagement and active contribution to school life.
• Excellent written and spoken English and strong interpersonal and technological literacy.
