Job summary

St Peters Lutheran College Springfield is seeking a dedicated Primary Years Teacher to join the team on a 1-year full-time contract commencing January 2027. You will teach students from Prep to Year 6, delivering engaging lessons and supporting wellbeing within a values-based school community.

Applicants should have an Education qualification and current QCT registration, with experience in primary settings and knowledge of IB framework considered strongly.

Qualifications

• A relevant qualification in Education and current Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) Registration.
• Demonstrated experience teaching in a Primary school setting.
• Knowledge of contemporary teaching, learning and assessment practices that support diverse student needs.
• Experience working within the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework will be highly regarded.
• Strong classroom management, organisation and time management skills.
• Commitment to the College's Christian ethos and values.
