Qualifications

• Solid understanding of insolvency, restructuring, and accounting principles

Responsibilities

• Support a broad range of formal and informal insolvency appointments
• Perform detailed financial analysis and investigative procedures
• Deliver tailored turnaround, restructuring, and insolvency solutions
• Prepare comprehensive reports for creditors, directors, financial institutions, and investors
• Track and comply with statutory deadlines
• Communicate with financiers, legal counsel, agents, and auctioneers
• Maintain appointment register and weekly progress planning
